Haven't had to attend the doctors very often in the past thankfully, but when I have , have found the reception staff really friendly and helpful. At the moment can't think of anything that could be improved.

Having only been registered at this surgery since moving to Westgate 2 years ago I can honestly say that after previous experiences the service I have received is exceptional, from the pleasant and friendly receptionists who are not only friendly but go out of their way to help with any queries. I have only ever seen one doctor in this time, and each time I have seen him he has been most helpful and understanding. The waiting area is bright and spacious with a book for written comments or complaints if you have any. I can only add that this is the best practise I have visited as a patient and cannot think of any improvements at the time of writing this.

We had our flu' jabs and staff were welcoming and helpful. Receptionists and nursing staff were great. Your nurses could not have done more for me last winter. I get on okay with my doctor - my husband not so much - he complains the doctor always appears to be concentrating more on the computer than on his patient - he will choose another doctor to see - usually successfully I may add. Your service seems to have improved by leaps and bounds since we moved to Westgate in 2007. Your service to the elderly seems to have improved - I do hope so. Do you have a doctor named Hart in the practice?

For me having been a patient for just one year i can honestly say i have no criticisms at all and so give a well deserved 5 stars. I have experienced great care and follow up from Doctor Vishwanathan and have always had a very helpful and courteous contact with the nurses and reception staff. I am also impressed by the strong and varied methods of communication used to keep patients infomed. This surgery is always looking for ways to improve its services with input from its patients which can only serve to inspire confidence in its users. Finally i recognise the need for good housekeeping of premises to which i say welldone to those we dont usually see during surgery hours for their contribution to make a difference to patient wellbeing. WELL DONE ALL AT WESTGATE SURGERY! and THANKYOU
